Method

Cut pickles lengthwise. Mix cornmeal and salt. Dip each piece of pickle into buttermilk and coat with cornmeal. When all the pieces have been coated, fry them using 4 to 5 quarts of oil in your deep fryer.

Buttermilk ………………………….. 3 cups

Flour …………………………………1 cup

Eggs ……………………………. 3 to 4

Cornmeal ……………………….. 3 cups

Salt and pepper …………………. According to taste

Paprika seasoning ……………… a pinch

Method

Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper and paprika. Soak in buttermilk and refrigerate the marinade for two hours. After two hours, coat each thigh piece first with flour, then with egg and finally with cornmeal. Refrigerate again for half an hour before tossing then into your deep fryer. Enjoy crispy and light brown.

Method

Method

Cut the fish into small cubes. Sprinkle with the seasoning of your choice. Mix the breadcrumbs and cornmeal together. Method
